Time to Shine Services LLC
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Time to Shine Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a South Carolina limited liability company operating in Greenville, SC. By using our website at timetoshinesrv.com, booking a service, or making a payment through our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Time to Shine Services LLC provides residential appliance repair services, including but not limited to repair of refrigerators, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and washing machines. Services are provided in the Greenville, SC metropolitan area and surrounding communities within our service radius.
Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone at (864) 704-7400, or through third-party platforms. By booking a service appointment, you agree to:
An $80.00 diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician's travel to your location and the diagnosis of the appliance issue. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost of the repair. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
Appointments booked through our website at timetoshinesrv.com require a $25.00 non-refundable booking deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit secures your appointment time and is applied directly toward the $80.00 diagnostic fee — reducing the amount due at the time of service to $55.00. The deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling. Appointments booked by phone are not subject to the deposit requirement at the technician's discretion.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through QuickBooks Payments (credit and debit cards) and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. All prices are in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your service, including applicable taxes, travel surcharges, and card processing fees. A processing fee of 3.5% applies to all credit and debit card payments and will be reflected on your invoice.
Service calls within 15 miles of our base location are included at no additional travel charge. For locations between 15 and 40 miles, a travel surcharge of $0.80 per mile (round-trip) applies. We do not service locations beyond 40 miles from our base.
Unless otherwise noted at the time of service, repair work performed by Time to Shine Services LLC is warranted for 30 days from the date of service, covering the specific repair performed. In certain situations — including but not limited to repairs involving used or customer-supplied parts, appliances with pre-existing damage, or units where the technician has advised that further failure is likely — the repair may be designated as non-warrantable, and the customer will be informed before work begins. This warranty does not cover unrelated issues, pre-existing conditions, damage caused by misuse, or failure of parts not installed by us. Warranty claims must be reported by calling (864) 704-7400.
To the maximum extent permitted by South Carolina law, Time to Shine Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to services provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The timetoshinesrv.com website is provided for informational purposes and service booking. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or use automated tools to scrape or interact with the site. The Client Hub portal is a password-protected area intended solely for authorized use by Time to Shine Services LLC.
All content on timetoshinesrv.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Time to Shine Services LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
